Time is probably the best indicator of whether a computer/ laptop should be repaired onsite or remotely. Some repairs such as virus scans, data backup, and operating system installs can take hours and there often isn’t much else you can do with the computer during that time. In this situation, it is probably more effective if you let our technicians work on it remotely in the comfort of your office.
