Cell phone repair Mobile phone repair Repair & Estimation Terms: By placing an order for repair, estimation, or a free estimate service you certify that you are the owner of the device and that you agree and understand the following:1.Customer will indemnify and hold Mobile One Communication, Inc. harmless from all liability, damages, and loss of wages incurred as a result of any work pursuant to customer’s request.2.Repairing or attempting a repair on a phone/device can cause the device not to power on under certain circumstances. 3. Repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty. Any physical damage, liquid damage, and unauthorized tampering will void the 30-day warranty.4.There is no warranty for liquid damage repairs. The water damage repair fee is for labor and chemical cleaning. Water and liquid damage repairs may require additional replacement parts that will be quoted to the customer at the time of liquid damage assessment.5.Password removal is recommended prior to the repair.6.I understand that MOC is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on my electronic device. I understand that I have the option to, and I am responsible for backing up the device before allowing any repair to be performed on my device in the event of any data loss and hardware or software failure.7.MOC is not responsible for any further damage that may result from any estimation or repair attempt.8.If the customer supplies parts or spares for the repair, the warranty does not apply.
