We all know what happened in 2009. The mortgage crisis hit and layoffs hit Kevin and Jennifer hard. Finding a job was difficult so they decided to start a side gig until they could recover. Kevin brought 15+ years of IT experience in many different industries and Jennifer contributed her team management and customer service experience. From that a business was born. Kevin and Jennifer quickly realized the small businesses were forgotten by big box IT companies. Soon their “side gig” turned into a mission to make certain small businesses were afforded the same experienced IT support and friendly customer service experience that big companies receive.
