Prince Tech Services was founded to satisfy a need in our area for diagnosing and repair of mobile devices down to the logic board. Is your phone not charging? Is the screen blank but you can still hear it ringing? Does the touch screen not work? Don’t give up on your device we can fix all of those issues. We repair screen damage issues however we specialize in board-level repair and micro soldering. We replace components too small for most conventional shops. We pay a lot of money for our devices and you should have a choice other than just having your phone or tablet swapped out for a refurbished one. Why give up your device when it can be repaired usually for a relatively low cost. The way that the process works is pretty simple. You can call or send us a message on Facebook letting us know the type of phone i.e. iPhone 6 or 6s, the extent of the damage or problem. Once the message or call is received we will immediately send you a message or provide you with a quote for the repair and set an appointment as long as all is acceptable. When you come in we will get your device and fill out some paperwork. We will try our best to let you know upfront what the problem is and a quote for the repair. If the device requires more in-depth troubleshooting then as soon as the issue is found we will call immediately with the discrepancy and a quote to fix the device. We work on a NO FIX NO FEE model so if we can not fix the device you do not pay a dime. Some shops may charge a diagnostic or inspection fee, not Prince Tech Services, our goal is to repair your device and if we are not able to accomplish that then you should not have to pay for “our time”.
