We strive to have your iPhone shipped back out to you in one business day, however, it may take two days depending on workload and if we come across any other problems. Before and after the repair we check all aspects of the phone for functionality (buttons, speakers, wifi, calling, etc.)

Before sending your phone in, please be sure that your iPhone has a charge, and that it is recognized in iTunes (otherwise it may be dead). If we receive your phone and determine there is more damage than just the screen, or it has sustained water damage, we will return it to you and refund your purchase.
