In 1990, shortly after marriage, we started D. E. Mathieu Plumbing. We kept the
business small for two reasons, first, I wanted to spend time with my family.
Secondly, to provide one on one service. Customers should know who is
showing up to do the work. I have always treated customers and their homes
with respect. We will share our opinion on what or how something should be
done. We will never try to sell you more than what you need.

For the last five years my son, Andy, has been serving his apprenticeship under
my direct guidance. He is the only one of our five children that was interested in
a plumbing career. This year he is eligible to take the Illinois Plumbing License
exam.

The two of us will continue to bring the highest quality of work to your home or
business.
