Copperline was founded by brothers Brad and Tim Jones working with American plumber owner David Chiddick. Together they founded the Copperline Collaboration to bring innovation and professionalism to the plumbing industry. Copperline offers a fresh approach to business while offering the highest quality products at a fair price, with superior customer service and a clean, hassle-free installation. It all started when Tim needed a new water heater for his house. For a family of five with three children (two teenagers), hot water was expensive and not always available. To solve this problem, Brad suggested a tankless system with a circulation pump that could provide unlimited hot water on demand. They had a local plumber install it but found the contractors unresponsive, unprofessional, or ridiculously expensive. It has become clear that the industry needs services for customers and their families.
