We are the  Clarence & Alisa Laird.  We are the owners of the business and have a vested position in your satisfaction.  We built our business on craftsmanship and customer service.  Clarence is our Technician Supervisor.  He works in the field and also manages our team of technicians.  Alisa works in the front end of the business, answering the phones and offering support to the customers as well as the technicians.
