Established in 2008, Appliance Marshall Repair started as a one-man operation and has now grown into a flourishing small business equipped for not only appliance service, but installation as well. Owner Marshall Morici began his career in the appliance industry nearly 20 years ago, working for service companies in the northwest suburbs before venturing out into his own endeavor in 2008. In the 13+ years since then, the company has continued to grow. Currently, we have four additional full-time field technicians, and a full time shop manager / installation assistant as well. The three women in the office are always ready to help facilitate your repair scheduling and installation needs, too. Marshall, now in his late 30’s, developed an interest in obscure, unique, and high-end appliances early on in his career, seeking out challenges to hone his skillset and find his niche in the market. While the technicians are equipped to handle nearly any residential appliance – whether foreign, domestic, built-in or stand alone, the true focus of the company lies in digging into the more refined or evolved, more specialized equipment. One of the company’s slogans is “We will fix what other companies can’t or won’t.”

Based in the northwest Chicago suburb of Cary, Appliance Marshall Repair covers a 25 mile radius reaching as far north as the state line, all throughout the northern lakeshore, as far due south as Wheaton, and to the west edge of McHenry County. In Highland Park and the neighboring communities, Appliance Marshall Repair provides service on nearly a daily basis, and often more than one technician’s route will require them to be in the area for most of their day. The company is factory affiliated and authorized to service many brands including the entire Bosch/Thermador/Gaggenau/Siemens family, Miele, Dacor, Fisher & Paykel/DCS, Viking, AGA Marvel, Scotsman, LaCanche, LaCornue, Ariston, Broan/Best by Broan, Blue Star, Zephyr, Lynx Grills, Kalamazoo Grills, Speed Queen, Liebherr, and more. As potential customers, what this means for you is that not only are we capable of repairing your highly specialized investments, but we can seek out OEM replacement parts and often times restore older machines to their original glory with knowledge and direct support from the manufacturers for the brands we hold affiliation with. While we are not affiliated with all brand names you may utilize, we can still provide service and complete repairs in a hassle free manner.
