U.S. Venture, Inc., our parent company, has its origins when brothers Art and Ray Schmidt started in Kimberly, WI. Initially known as the Schmidt Brothers Oil Company, the venture soon stamped its position and expanded its products. Art and Ray did not have a plan or space to store large amounts of Cooper Tires, but since they could not miss an opportunity to buy a truckload of Cooper Tires at an amazing price, they did. They finally formed a tires and parts department of their business and constructed a warehouse to start dispensation, making what we today call the U.S. AutoForce.
