Parkis Air Care

Parkis Air Conditioning was founded in 1934 by Sid Parkis in Odessa, TX. We were on the front line as the country transitioned to central heating and air conditioning after World War II. We were pioneers of the HVAC in the Permian Basin. Central heat and air was introduced to the communities by Sid and his staff, and we are the business that installed the first systems in most households and businesses, including many that we have installed, including Odessa City Hall, Midland Courthouse, National Bank of Odessa, Texas Instruments, and most of the schools and communities around.
