Mark Kocour has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology/Electronics industry.  Mark started his career repairing the first generation of mobile phones for Motorola, performing circuit board component repairs. Mark has experience in the professional services industry, specializing in IT operations, strategic planning, business process improvements, and consulting.  Mark is taking his prior technical, consulting, and customer service experience to provide a professional service offering in the mobile device repair industry.  Mark has a Ph.D. in information systems from Nova Southeastern University, M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern University, M.B.A. in Business Administration from Benedictine University, B.S. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University, and an A.A.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology from Triton College.  Mark is an Apple-Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), Apple-Certified iOS Technician (ACiT), CompTIA A+, and CompTIA N+.
