We welcome walk-ins and pick-ups. If you have placed your order, you may go to the back first dock and someone will assist you in picking up your order. We do recommend calling in with your inquiry before you arrive so we can help you quickly. However, you are welcome to come in through the front and place your order during that time. We ask that you please be patient as you wait, especially if you have a large order. We currently ship UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL TRUCKS. We do not offer EMS or ONTRAC. We currently have a very small team at Metro, we ask for your patience in everything as we work on everyone’s inquiries and orders.
