After 2010, Jebs Appliance has been a member of the Castro Valley and Eden Chamber of Commerce. With the growth of the chamber, an array of new and long-term businesses serving our community can join us as active members and assist in making our organization energized and connected with those in need of our services. Jebs Appliance got its inception in 1979 by John (Jeb) Powell, who started the business using the back of his van. His business is a family-owned and operated company. Through determination, quality service, and experience, the reputation of Jeb Powell and his wife Robin, son Kyle, has created a business that services both residential homes as well as commercial residential communities (i.e., apartment complexes, retirement communities, etc.) Jeb and his family have lived in Castro Valley for 15 years.
